At the beginning of the establishment of Hwa Chin, we were pursuing the “precision” as slogan in manufacturing machine which is so-called “concentric with the same good face, parallel to the vertical deformation less”. From design to finished product, each department can hold this highest principle. From quality control to quality assurance era and Hwa Chin’s requirements for parts quality is never a compromise. The early stage Hwa Chin had spent heavily to introduce high-end three D detector. Now for further improvement of parts quality, in addition to improving the rate of in-house-made parts with extensive use of Japan made machining centers, including floor-type processing machine , Integrated processing machine, Toshiba horizontal type boring and milling machine, Niigata machining center and CNC lathes.
